The guiding lights of effective workplace cultures (Cardiff et al, 2021) identify the key characteristics of cultures that are good places to work. The workshop will enable participants to explore their own workplace cultures using creative images. This will inform the identification of priorities for action that will assist in building and sustaining effective workplace cultures and the positive impact they have on care and services, particularly at the micro systems level (frontline teams).
